酒店產(chǎn)品定價(jià)原則
   (1)酒店產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格必須依據(jù)酒店產(chǎn)品的真實(shí)價(jià)值來(lái)制定。
   (2)酒店產(chǎn)品的定價(jià)必須適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)求關(guān)系的變化。當(dāng)酒店產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系變化時(shí),酒店產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格就要圍繞其價(jià)值做相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。

   (2)深入市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研。
    首先要在市場(chǎng)細(xì)分的前提下,找到酒店的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),并深入了解目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的購(gòu)買能力與購(gòu)買習(xí)慣,準(zhǔn)確判斷市場(chǎng)需求。
